Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end solution architecture leadership for Life and Annuity Agent systems, focusing on Salesforce and related integrations
• Design and document sustainable integration patterns and lead architectural decisions for major initiatives
• Mentor and guide Systems Architects and Analysts, promoting architectural best practices and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 12+ years of IT architecture and software engineering experience
• Experience implementing or supporting AgentSync
• Certifications in Salesforce architecture or integration platforms
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
