Staff Information Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Information Security Engineer to secure its infrastructure by designing and deploying security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement controls to secure networks and servers from unauthorized access and malicious activity
• Collaborate with platform and SRE teams to enhance infrastructure security and service resilience
• Automate routine security operations and reporting to minimize manual effort

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology, or equivalent industry experience
• 6+ years of relevant hands-on engineering experience
• Strong experience with operating system and server security (Linux, Windows)
• Good knowledge of enterprise networking and secure network architectures
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, Go, etc.)
