Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology & Information Architectures - Infrastructure Engineer II.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-call resolution for hardware and software issues via phone, email, and chat in a helpdesk environment
- Troubleshoot and support Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 applications, VPN, and VDI environments
- Utilize remote support tools and ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and resolve incidents
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in deskside support, including hardware configuration and troubleshooting
- Prior experience with inventory management of corporate assets and VPN/VDI support required
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, O365 Suite, and remote support tools
- Experience with workstation imaging and enterprise printer support
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and manage physical IT assets
