Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technology Manager to oversee enterprise technology operations and support digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT operations, interacting with employees, contractors, and vendors
  • Oversee daily IT functions, including help desk requests and user support for a distributed workforce
  • Manage the Microsoft 365 GCC environment and lead automation initiatives to improve business processes
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology with responsibilities in help desk and IT operations
  • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, particularly in GCC environments
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate
  • Understanding of cybersecurity standards including NIST 800-171 and CMMC
  • U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
