Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technology Manager to oversee enterprise technology operations and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT operations, interacting with employees, contractors, and vendors
- Oversee daily IT functions, including help desk requests and user support for a distributed workforce
- Manage the Microsoft 365 GCC environment and lead automation initiatives to improve business processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Technology with responsibilities in help desk and IT operations
- Strong experience administering Microsoft 365, particularly in GCC environments
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Automate
- Understanding of cybersecurity standards including NIST 800-171 and CMMC
- U.S. Citizenship required, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance
