- Troubleshoot and resolve Level II helpdesk issues, assisting users with application-related challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize and customize application functionalities based on business needs
Required Qualifications
- Epicor ERP expertise, particularly with the Project Module
- Background in IT support, application administration, or helpdesk troubleshooting
- Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
