IT Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Coordinator to provide technology support throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, monitor, troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and services
• Administer user accounts for domain access, phones, emails, and other services
• Coordinate with vendors for the repair, replacement, and maintenance of technology services

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in IT support and/or remote set-up
• Availability to travel to conferences with proper documentation
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Creativity and resourcefulness
