Healthcare Integration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integration Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and validation of interfaces between the company and hospital EHRs during implementation
• Collaborate with health system IT stakeholders to translate integration requirements into technical solutions
• Manage end-to-end integration workflows, including specification development, testing, and go-live support

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with HL7v2 integrations in healthcare environments
• 3+ years of experience with FHIR R4 APIs/resources and SMART on FHIR workflows
• Experience using SQL for data retrieval and analysis
• Proven ability to lead discussions across diverse stakeholder groups
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership
