Security Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the internal security operations team, providing mentorship and performance management
• Own and drive the vulnerability management program, including tool selection and remediation coordination
• Serve as the primary liaison with the third-party SOC provider for security alert investigations and resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Proven experience leading internal security operations and coordinating incident response efforts
• Deep knowledge of network protocols, firewall policies, and endpoint security tools
• Hands-on expertise securing AWS or Azure environments, including IAM and logging strategies
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, and ISO 27001
