Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee installation, administration, configuration, and support of applications
  • Coordinate enhancements, modifications, or upgrades with various teams
  • Produce documentation related to system provisioning, maintenance, and support
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience implementing Records and Information Management systems (RIM)
  • Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for RIM applications (desirable)
  • Experience with integrating RIM applications with other enterprise systems (desirable)
  • Familiarity with system administration tasks, including configuration and performance monitoring (desirable)
  • General understanding of technologies such as Case Foundation, Content Manager, and Enterprise Records Foundation
