A company is looking for an Application Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee installation, administration, configuration, and support of applications
- Coordinate enhancements, modifications, or upgrades with various teams
- Produce documentation related to system provisioning, maintenance, and support
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience implementing Records and Information Management systems (RIM)
- Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting for RIM applications (desirable)
- Experience with integrating RIM applications with other enterprise systems (desirable)
- Familiarity with system administration tasks, including configuration and performance monitoring (desirable)
- General understanding of technologies such as Case Foundation, Content Manager, and Enterprise Records Foundation
