Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to maintain and improve internal systems for a community of e-commerce entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal issues and manage support tickets
• Build and maintain automations, monitor error alerts, and troubleshoot workflows across departments
• Develop custom scripts and assist in maintaining internal documentation and process mapping

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical operations experience in a remote work environment
• Proficiency with automation platforms and internal tooling, including light coding/scripting skills
• Familiarity with AI platforms and their integration into workflow automation
• Experience in documenting SOPs and maintaining operational clarity across systems
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or relevant certifications in lieu of a degree
