A company is looking for a Technical Lead to maintain and improve internal systems for a community of e-commerce entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for internal issues and manage support tickets
- Build and maintain automations, monitor error alerts, and troubleshoot workflows across departments
- Develop custom scripts and assist in maintaining internal documentation and process mapping
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical operations experience in a remote work environment
- Proficiency with automation platforms and internal tooling, including light coding/scripting skills
- Familiarity with AI platforms and their integration into workflow automation
- Experience in documenting SOPs and maintaining operational clarity across systems
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or relevant certifications in lieu of a degree
