Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Facets security, including user roles and permissions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA/CMS standards
• Develop and implement techniques for system problem prevention and conduct root cause analysis for incidents
• Evaluate new systems through testing, research software products, and develop automation for system integration

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
• 5-8 years of experience with Trizetto Facets Security Administration
• Strong understanding of Facets configuration and security modules, preferably in healthcare payer environments
• Preferred ITIL Foundations v3 certification within 180 days
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and infrastructure automation is a plus
