Job Summary
A company is looking for a Part-Time Special Programs Coordinator, CRM System Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the college's CRM system, including communication workflows and application processes
- Provide CRM training and support to staff, and monitor for fraudulent activity and duplicate records
- Collaborate with cross-departmental partners to enhance enrollment strategies and improve the student experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field with three years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in college registration, academic advisement, or program/project management
- Ability to pass a CORI/SORI and/or National background check
- Preferred: Two years of experience maintaining a CRM system
- Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Microsoft Power Platform
