Lead Supply Chain Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Analyst, Supply Chain Systems (Blue Yonder WMS) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and capture detailed requirements through collaboration with stakeholders and key users
• Facilitate meetings to determine process requirements and system changes while developing user stories and work plans for CRM initiatives
• Guide and consult with analysts, ensuring business readiness for organizational changes and assisting in training documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Expertise in supply chain management, warehousing, transportation, or distribution
• Experience using SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Thorough understanding of information systems technologies and system design
• 5+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including 2+ years with Blue Yonder
