Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Systems Administrator Lead to support a large-scale federal healthcare modernization program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of system administrators managing Windows Server environments across various stages
• Oversee system installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance of enterprise Windows platforms
• Administer core infrastructure services and ensure compliance with security policies and standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in administering enterprise Windows environments, with 3 years in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, and Windows Server core services
• Hands-on experience with physical and virtual servers, including Hyper-V
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell for automation tasks
