A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support and systems administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new employees by configuring hardware and provisioning user accounts
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and respond to support tickets
- Monitor system health, manage security protocols, and maintain accurate inventories
Qualifications
- 2+ years in Level 1/2 IT support or systems administration
- Hands-on experience with Kaseya One Suite and managing Google Workspace
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft Office applications
- Solid networking fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with data-protection regulations and ITIL practices is preferred
