Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support and systems administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new employees by configuring hardware and provisioning user accounts
  • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and respond to support tickets
  • Monitor system health, manage security protocols, and maintain accurate inventories
Qualifications
  • 2+ years in Level 1/2 IT support or systems administration
  • Hands-on experience with Kaseya One Suite and managing Google Workspace
  • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Linux, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Solid networking fundamentals and hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with data-protection regulations and ITIL practices is preferred
