ServiceNow Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support an existing ServiceNow FedRAMP certified solution for a large US Federal agency.

Key Responsibilities

• Support agile O&M development activities and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Manage the development, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions, including documentation and user acceptance testing
• Coordinate periodic refreshes of sub-production environments and support post-production activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or IT related discipline
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and/or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• 7 years of professional IT experience, including 2-4 years of ServiceNow technical development experience
• 2+ years of experience programming JavaScript and supporting a large IT organization with SaaS applications
• Experience with ITIL practices and O&M support processes
