Job Summary

A company is looking for a Voice Engineer II who will manage telecommunications and collaboration systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project installations and maintenance of telecommunications and collaboration systems
• Administer contact center hardware and software components
• Ensure day-to-day operations meet project goals effectively

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an IT related field and two years of relevant work experience, or an Associate Degree in Information Technology and four years of relevant work experience, or six years of relevant work experience
• Leadership ability and competency in enterprise networking
• Experience with Cisco Communications Manager, Cisco Contact Center Enterprise, or Cisco/Polycom Video Conferencing
• Vendor certifications may be required
• State of Wisconsin valid Driver's License and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification are preferred
