Job Summary

A company is looking for a Desktop Technician to support global technology operations.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a technology discipline or related field; relevant certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of three years of experience supporting global infrastructure in a multinational organization
  • Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, desktop applications, and cloud applications
  • Experience supporting systems within a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and remote administration tools
