Required Qualifications

- Minimum of three years of experience supporting global infrastructure in a multinational organization
- Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, desktop applications, and cloud applications
- Experience supporting systems within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and remote administration tools
