Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Specialty Analyst - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize software applications, including builds, upgrades, and enhancements
• Analyze business needs and provide recommendations for process optimization
• Develop and execute system test plans and manage application-related issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint Online
• 2 years of experience with process automation tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Proficiency with O365 suite of applications
• 3 years of relevant experience with a degree or 5+ years without a degree
• No specific certification or licensure requirements
