• Drive automation initiatives by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automation, digital transformation, or IT operations, preferably in insurance or financial services
• 3+ years of leadership or management experience with automation teams or initiatives
• Hands-on knowledge of RPA platforms and familiarity with AI/ML/NLP technologies
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• Experience managing vendor relationships and offshore delivery teams
