Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Network Engineer (Remote in US).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an escalation point for Tier 3 System Administrators and lead troubleshooting for network functions
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software network problems, performing root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence
- Provide technical assistance and mentorship, while administering and maintaining site infrastructure and network connectivity
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in routing, switching, and load balancing
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Technical Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable
- Expertise in network systems and protocols, including cloud networking experience (Azure required)
- Proven ability to analyze and solve network incidents and execute medium-to-large-scale projects
