• Evaluate technology needs and project feasibility, reviewing and approving system changes prior to implementation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 7 years of IT experience
• 7-10 years of experience in business analysis with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in business analysis and project management methodologies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and resource allocation
