Job Summary
A company is looking for an EDI Technician to monitor and maintain Electronic Data Interchange eligibility files and ensure the accuracy of EDI transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and process eligibility discrepancies while communicating issues to clients
- Evaluate and maintain employee eligibility in compliance with policyholder contracts and legal requirements
- Review and analyze submitted data, initiate correspondence for missing information, and educate policyholders and brokers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Minimum of 1 year of prior EDI experience with troubleshooting and data analysis skills
- Strong customer service background, preferably in a call center setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with exceptional data entry skills
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
- Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
