Job Summary

A company is looking for an EDI Technician to monitor and maintain Electronic Data Interchange eligibility files and ensure the accuracy of EDI transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and process eligibility discrepancies while communicating issues to clients
  • Evaluate and maintain employee eligibility in compliance with policyholder contracts and legal requirements
  • Review and analyze submitted data, initiate correspondence for missing information, and educate policyholders and brokers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 1 year of prior EDI experience with troubleshooting and data analysis skills
  • Strong customer service background, preferably in a call center setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with exceptional data entry skills
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work remotely with access to high-speed internet and located in the United States or Puerto Rico
