Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Enterprise Applications (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of Atlassian and ServiceNow platforms for Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
- Manage a team responsible for platform administration, development, and configuration while promoting service automation and self-service
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating service needs into actionable tasks
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience; 7+ years managing ServiceDesk technologies
- Deep understanding of ITSM and ESM concepts, including incident, problem, and change management
- Proven ability to scale service management capabilities across multiple departments
- Experience leading Agile teams and managing multiple priorities and projects
- Strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in platform governance and reporting analytics
