Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Initiative Leader (Hybrid or Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive complex, cross-team initiatives using Agile methodologies to ensure successful delivery of IT programs
- Coordinate efforts and manage dependencies across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
- Implement governance frameworks and enforce technical standards across teams to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 8 years equivalent work experience in technology
- 8+ years related job experience, with a strong technical understanding of large and complex system implementation programs
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and Change Management
- Experience partnering closely with architects and technology leads
- Preferred experience in the insurance industry
