Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tech Desktop Support III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of desktop infrastructure for optimal performance and reliability
  • Develop and enforce desktop-related IT policies, including security protocols and system configurations
  • Provide escalated technical support for complex desktop-related issues and monitor desktop system performance
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of technical IT/Desktop Support experience required
  • 1+ years of recent experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows operating systems including 10 & 11
  • Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Office 365
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
