Job Summary

A company is looking for a Windows Risk Remediation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform remote and on-site vulnerability remediation and troubleshooting
• Update desktop and mobile applications to align with compliance requirements and user preferences
• Conduct computer patching and remediations using SCCM tool

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Desktop Support Engineer
• Expert knowledge of MS Windows OS and MS Office products
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune
• Experience with network troubleshooting and configuration
• Familiarity with ServiceNOW and Ivanti
