A company is looking for an IT Privacy Associate to support Client Identity and Access operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve tasks and incidents in Service Now
- Obtain access certifications and attestations as needed
- Manage end user and privileged access, generating status reports and quality metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Understanding of Client Identity and Access (CIA) concepts
- Experience in customer service management
- Ability to lead and participate in stakeholder meetings
- Experience working with contractors and systems engineers for security documentation
- Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
