Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to enhance security standards and policies within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct security design reviews and risk assessments for production instances
• Utilize threat modeling to identify and prioritize cybersecurity threats for effective risk mitigation
• Establish and implement security standards and best practices across various cloud environments

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in mentoring teams and developing security processes
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) and micro-services technologies
• Experience with at least one scripting language for automation and security tool development
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform
• Understanding of network security fundamentals and relevant security frameworks (NIST, PCI-DSS preferred)
