Authentication Security Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Authentication Security Manager to lead their Authentication Security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software engineers focused on authentication and security systems
• Provide technical direction on authentication protocols and drive the delivery of secure features

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams in a managerial or tech lead role
• 5+ years of experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Expert knowledge of identity protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent work experience
