Job Summary
A company is looking for an Incident Communications Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT and application infrastructure incidents, ensuring quick restoration of services
- Facilitate communication and collaboration during high-priority incidents with stakeholders
- Conduct continuous improvement of the Incident Management process and maintain incident logs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Understanding of IT Service Management tools, specifically Service Now
- Familiarity with event management activities and tools
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain required agency clearance
