Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Communications Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage IT and application infrastructure incidents, ensuring quick restoration of services
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration during high-priority incidents with stakeholders
  • Conduct continuous improvement of the Incident Management process and maintain incident logs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Understanding of IT Service Management tools, specifically Service Now
  • Familiarity with event management activities and tools
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain required agency clearance
