Offensive Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Offensive Security Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offensive assessments, including internal/external pen tests and phishing campaigns
• Simulate real-world threats and validate vulnerabilities to assess true risk
• Identify control gaps and advise teams on remediation and hardening

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in offensive security, penetration testing, or red teaming roles
• Hands-on experience with offensive tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and Burp Suite
• Solid understanding of attack chains across cloud, infrastructure, endpoints, and APIs
• Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and OWASP Top 10
• Certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, or GPEN are a plus
