Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Salesforce Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Basic understanding of software development practices and SDLC
- Salesforce certifications for low-code and app-building solutions
- Bachelor's degree preferred
