Application Migration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Migration Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform application assessment, dependency mapping, and develop migration strategies
• Coordinate and execute application migrations to target infrastructure environments
• Develop and execute test plans, validate functionality, and provide post-migration support

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and understanding of database integration with applications
• Experience with IIS and application configuration files
• 5+ years in IT roles with application support or migration experience
• Experience with Azure or hybrid cloud environments is preferred
