Application Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide expert support and enhance system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine AWS tasks and assist with administration of DevOps tools
• Collaborate with developers to improve application performance and document incident resolutions
• Participate in continuous improvement meetings and comply with internal policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Systems or a related field
• Proficiency in SQL and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Knowledge of database management systems and data integration tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks
