Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders and technical teams to align architectural decisions with business goals
• Define and maintain the agency's enterprise data architecture and oversee data solution designs
• Lead data integration and migration planning, ensuring compliance with enterprise data standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT or data-related roles, with 5+ years in a lead data architecture capacity
• Experience with both business and IT teams to co-design solutions
• Proficiency with ERwin Data Modeler for data modeling
• Deep understanding of enterprise data management disciplines
