Infrastructure Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Infrastructure, Engineering & Architecture (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all infrastructure services, including cloud, on-prem, network, endpoints, and user platforms
• Lead the assessment, rearchitecture, and remediation of inherited infrastructure issues to establish a modern, secure, and reliable baseline
• Define and implement enterprise-wide technical standards, documentation, and operating procedures across infrastructure and endpoint management

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience remediating, rearchitecting, and stabilizing poorly implemented or neglected infrastructure
• Demonstrated leadership in hybrid or cloud-first environments using Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency in building and managing VDI platforms
• Deep understanding of networking, including Layer 2/3, firewall rule sets, and VPNs
• Strong security mindset with hands-on experience in endpoint hardening and access controls
