Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Specialist I who ensures proper computer, software, and network operation to support end users across all business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up new user equipment and accounts, including deployment and license management
- Diagnose and respond to support tickets and provide both in-person and remote assistance
- Manage inventory of hardware and software assets, and perform system configuration and maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT services support role
- Associate degree preferred
- Microsoft (MCP) Certification and/or ITIL (fundamentals level) preferred
- Knowledge of TCP/IP - LAN, WAN, wLAN, and vLAN technologies
- Familiarity with IP Telephony and cell phone technology
