ServiceNow Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies
• Define technical standards, best practices, and governance models for ServiceNow implementations
• Provide architectural guidance for custom applications, oversee development of workflows, and ensure compliance with ITIL frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in designing and developing ServiceNow solutions
• Strong expertise in ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, and SecOps
• In-depth knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and CMDB
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and integrations with external systems
• Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ITIL v4 Certification
