Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Management Administrator to support their mission by managing the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform
- Develop and document ITSM processes while fulfilling service requests and resolving incidents
- Monitor issue trends and implement process or technology improvements for enhanced service delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in IT technology required
- Knowledge in ITIL incident management, system development life cycle, and project management principles required
- Five years of related experience, including maintaining IT process and procedure documentation
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification required
- Working knowledge of databases, Active Directory, APIs, and IT infrastructure required
