Duck Creek Claims Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Duckcreek Lead - Claims.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and customization of Duck Creek Claims modules
• Guide and mentor development teams on configuration using Duck Creek Author, Express, and Integration Suite
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and product owners to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in IT with 3+ years in Duck Creek Claims configuration and development
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex Claims implementations
• Proficiency in Duck Creek Author, Express, TransACT, and Integration Suite
• Strong knowledge of P&C insurance claims processes including FNOL, reserves, payments, subrogation, and recovery
• Technical expertise in .NET, C#, SQL, and JavaScript
