Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Sales Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for Sales Cloud implementations
• Act as a subject matter expert on GTM sales processes and collaborate with stakeholders
• Drive execution and delivery of system enhancements, supporting UAT and troubleshooting issues

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience, including software development life cycle
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Sales Cloud platform
• Experience in gathering requirements and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Proven ability to drive projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
