Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise and internal applications to support business goals
• Implement automation solutions and streamline processes to reduce manual tasks
• Act as a subject matter expert for IT matters, including access controls and vendor management

Required Qualifications

• 4 - 7 years of experience in Tech Ops/IT for a technology-focused company
• Experience managing an internal cloud-based system portfolio
• Experience with cross-functional projects related to change management and data retention
• Advanced ability in analyzing risk and designing controls to minimize it
• Previous experience automating IT processes
