Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Service Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic and operational IT service delivery across the organization
• Manage the performance and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance service efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in IT service delivery using ServiceNow
• Three years of progressive leadership experience
• Strong background in IT operations and project management
• Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks (ITIL certification preferred)
