Key Responsibilities
- Oversee strategic and operational IT service delivery across the organization
- Manage the performance and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform
- Lead cross-functional teams to enhance service efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Five years of experience in IT service delivery using ServiceNow
- Three years of progressive leadership experience
- Strong background in IT operations and project management
- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks (ITIL certification preferred)
