Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. IT Application Support Analyst (Level 3 Support).
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and analyze system issues, participating in shift and on-call rotations
- Manage application monitoring and proactively address performance problems
- Onboard new clients onto digital solutions and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues
Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship and eligibility for U.S. Government security clearance
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience
- At least 5 years of experience in leading and supporting enterprise-level applications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud or AWS
- Strong experience in Linux and familiarity with DevOps best practices
