MDR Threat Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an MDR Enhanced Threat Analyst to perform security threat analysis and collaborate with customers on security-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess security-related events, providing detailed incident reports and remediation recommendations
• Interface with customers to address concerns and ensure satisfactory resolution of issues impacting service value
• Proactively hunt for and investigate activities within the customer environment using the Sophos platform

Required Qualifications

• Experience in security threat analysis and incident response
• Knowledge of security strategy, tactics, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and provide support on investigations
• Familiarity with malware and web attack analysis
• Understanding of network and endpoint security telemetry
