Application Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst responsible for providing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining software applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Review system requirements and business processes; test, debug, and implement software solutions
• Develop and execute test plans and perform software quality assurance tasks
• Train end users on software applications and provide ongoing support by identifying and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems preferred, or equivalent experience accepted
• 2-3 years of experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications required
• Compass Rose or Healthy Planet for Health Plans certification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other office productivity solutions
