Application Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Operations Team Lead to oversee infrastructure and application operations in a federal IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day 24/7 operations for a large portfolio of applications and infrastructure components
• Oversee CI/CD pipeline support and production release operations, managing numerous deployments monthly
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and compliance with SLAs and performance benchmarks

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or application operations, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience with SRE frameworks and enterprise operations tooling
• Deep understanding of monitoring practices and public cloud operations (AWS, Azure)
• U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
