Telecom Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telecom Engineer responsible for the administration and support of enterprise-wide telephony systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft Teams Telephony and Five9 Contact Center systems
• Lead the migration of current telephony solutions to modern UCaaS/CCaaS platforms
• Collaborate with network teams on routing and firewall configurations

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise telecom engineering
• Expertise in Microsoft Teams Telephony and Five9 administration
• Strong knowledge of AVAYA telephony systems and UCaaS/CCaaS architecture
• Experience supporting remote telecom operations and distributed workforce environments
• Proficiency in IVR design, SIP trunking, and VoIP services
