Salesforce Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Administrator (LATAM).

Key Responsibilities

• Build solutions in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud using flows, validation rules, and Apex
• Deliver on scoped tickets related to CRM automation and platform updates
• Implement and maintain process automation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications required; Platform Developer I preferred
• 5-8 years of hands-on Salesforce configuration and development experience
• Advanced understanding of Flow Builder, Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce platform tools
• Experience working in an agile or sprint-based model with developers and RevOps partners
• Ability to manage and complete multiple development tasks with minimal supervision
